The Model YXZ1000R, equipped with 29-inch Big Horn tires mounted on 14-inch cast-aluminum wheels, and a recalibrated long-travel suspension system, was built to conquer the most challenging terrains.
FEATURES
High-performance 3-cylinder engine
This engine, featuring an exceptionally lightweight 3-cylinder design with a displacement of 998cc, DOHC and 12 valves, delivers breathtaking acceleration up to an incredible 10,500 rpm, creating an entirely new class in the SxS vehicle world. Furthermore, the heat-treated connecting rods are designed for enhanced durability when you need more power.
Turn on the installed refrigerator
In this advanced design, the radiator has been moved from the front of the vehicle to the rear cargo area to prevent mud clogging. The dual high-flow radiator fans provide ample airflow for precise powertrain temperature control under all conditions.
29-inch Big Horn tires and FOX® Podium shocks
8-ply 29-inch Big Horn tires – mounted on 14-inch aluminum rims – are more durable, increase ground clearance, and can handle any terrain. FOX® Podium 2.5 shocks are newly calibrated specifically for the tires.
Sequential 6-speed manual transmission
The sequential 6-speed manual transmission is designed for drivers who want complete control over clutch and gear operation. Manual shifting and clutch engagement provide the exact power and torque you want – whenever you want it. The sequential 6-speed transmission is more efficient than most CVT automatic transmissions.
Hydraulic clutch system
The powerful multi-plate hydraulic clutch system with a torque limiter is foot-operated for a light and reliable feel.
Elegant housing and rollover protective structure (ROPS)
The design of the front cover includes a dedicated space for the installation of LED daytime running lights, and despite the dominant position of the radiator, we have designed a small storage compartment in the rear. The Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS) has an elegant design and a flat top bar, which provides excellent visibility when climbing.
Ergonomically designed fighter-jet-style cockpit
The driver and passenger sit in a fighter jet-style cockpit, equipped with comfortable, deep seats that further enhance the feeling of security. All controls in the ergonomically designed cabin are within reach, and the instruments – an analog tachometer, a digital speedometer, and warning lights – are clearly visible through the sporty steering wheel.
