Inflatable boards JOBE SUP
SUP boards are specifically designed boards for this sport. These are not old water surfboards, nor are they oversized longboards. They are large, buoyant, yet incredibly maneuverable and responsive boards for their size. They are generally longer than 3 meters, sometimes over 4 meters, with a padded deck and a concave hull. They usually have one or three fins on the tail for steering. They differ from each other in length, volume, and intended use, as they can be ridden on calm waters, on small or large waves, on narrow rivers, or the open ocean.
The basic rule when choosing the right board is that the heavier you are, the more volume and width you will need in the board for a more stable ride. However, extra width isn't always better, as a wider board glides less smoothly on the water, and smaller individuals also find it harder to paddle properly on it. Additionally, with an oversized board, you'll be carrying around extra weight.
