At Moto-Nautika, we are looking for a team member, a highly motivated individual, preferably a motorcyclist or a boater at heart, to combine their hobby and passion for motorcycles with their career. We are an authorized dealer and service center for the Yamaha brand. We are looking for a colleague who can understand the desires of our customers and is willing to become number 1 in the wider regional area.
LocationSaint Nicholas on the Field by the Drava
Work shapefull-time (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Employment methodIn the long term, the start time can be IMMEDIATELY
Payment: from 1300-1400 € upfront payment + incentive for good work + bonuses + holiday allowance and Christmas bonus
The amount is approximate and determined based on prior knowledge, experience, and subsequent results.

We are looking for a motivated team player who strives for accuracy and responsibility and is aware that this can only be achieved through acquiring new knowledge in Yamaha brand consulting and sales.
Your task will be to provide appropriate advice and present the Yamaha brand's product range to our clients through friendly communication, based on their expressed needs. We want you to be neat, accurate, consistent, and responsible. You must be friendly to customers, communicative, willing to help, sales-oriented, and highly motivated for sales and good results.

- Knowledge of English for basic communication, knowledge of another language also desired.,
- Desired Category A license/boat captain course and a hobbyist knowledge of the moto or nautical segment,

Key tasks:
- Customer consulting for the purchase of motorcycles, outboard motors, and jet skis
- Offer and invoice creation
- Vehicle consignment or purchase +
- Pre-takeover inspection
- Vehicle preparation for sale
- Ad preparation on online portals
- sale of new and used vehicles
- post-sale plan preparation, customer (prospect) records management
- maintaining a tidy living room
- Sales promotion preparation Fair preparation
- Preparation of the weekly sales analysis
- competitive product monitoring
- Comparison of plans / achieving plans
