The Wolverine® RMAX™2 1000 follows our development philosophy of »Jin-Ki Kanno« – which translates from Japanese to »the true excitement of being one with the vehicle.« The result is a super-powerful off-road vehicle where both driver and passenger feel confident that it can master even the toughest terrain.

Powerful 2-cylinder engine with 999 cm3 displacement
The incredible power of the 999cc parallel-twin, 8-valve DOHC engine delivers smooth performance at all revs and class-leading output. The 8,500 rpm redline signifies aggressive, dynamic riding is at the heart of this machine. Legendary durability and reliability, the hallmarks of every Yamaha engine, ensure your peace of mind.
Aggressive styling
The only special feature of this SE model stands out, as it combines higher performance with an impressive look thanks to its special color scheme, aggressive front-end design, and robust tires. Hidden LED headlights and “evil eye” shaped daytime running lights contribute to its distinctive appearance, while the rear, brake, and reverse lights use LED technology to ensure excellent visibility.
Advanced suspension with an emphasis on comfort
The new trailing arm suspension is designed for an excellent blend of performance: optimal low-speed response – a balanced feel on trails – and maximum resistance in the extreme low position of the damper during high-speed damping and sudden cornering. The A-arms with a wide arc and easily adjustable FOX dampers ensure perfect tuning.
Versatile cargo space
Wolverine® RMAX™2 1000 with a tilting cargo bed function for easier towing. In the bed, equipped with a hydraulic system and a robust latch, you can transport up to 272 kg of cargo, and several steel tie-down points are available to secure the load. Add to this a towing capacity of 907 kg with a standard 2-inch receiver and the Wolverine® RMAX™2 1000 is always ready for work.
Tires designed for the toughest terrain
Generous 14-inch aluminum wheels are equipped with 30-inch GBC Dirt Commander 2 tires, and when spread across the four corners, you'll only need one spare. These specific radial tires are developed exclusively for the Wolverine® RMAX™ 1000 to provide precise handling and comfort with a durable sidewall feel. The tread pattern offers excellent traction, no matter the terrain.
Wider door opening – and more comfort
For easier entry and exit from the Wolverine® RMAX™ 1000, the front door opening is now even larger – essentially, the opening is 63% larger compared to previous Wolverine models. For added comfort, we've redesigned the front shoulder support, increasing upper body space – so drivers big and small can enjoy a more comfortable and secure ride.
Durability you can count on
With specific components and quality craftsmanship, the ownership experience of this machine is truly full of confidence. Examples: Carbon steel front and rear differential housing; large DAC (double angular contact) wheel bearings; forged sway bar ends; wide, single-forged A-arms – the list goes on, just like your off-road adventures won't end.
Durable front bumper
The aggressively styled and durable front bumper isn't just for looks, it serves an important function! In addition to its good looks, it also features two welded tow and recovery points, along with a built-in winch plate. Optional skid plate extensions and spotlight mounts are available.
