We are looking for a Sales Assistant (motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles) and boats

Work shapeFull-time – shift work – every second or third Saturday, 4-hour workday on Saturdays (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
Employment methodIn the long term, the start time can be IMMEDIATELY
Payment: from 1,600 € net (possibility of higher depending on experience) advance payments + bonus for well-done work + awards + holiday bonus and Christmas bonus
The amount is approximate and determined based on prior knowledge, experience, and subsequent results.

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented associate for the sale of boats and motor vehicles, who strives for accuracy, responsibility, and continuous personal development.
You are aware that top-tier consulting and sales of the Yamaha brand (motorcycles, jet skis, boats, and marine equipment) require continuous acquisition of new product knowledge, trends in the motorcycle and marine world, and a genuine passion for this lifestyle.
We expect from you:
- high motivation for working with motorcycles, jet skis, boats, and customers who share our passion for the moto-nautical world,
- genuine kindness and an empathetic approach,
- Excellent communication skills and sales orientation,
- Basic knowledge of the English language (for communication with foreign clients and reading technical documentation); knowledge of another language (German, Italian, Croatian, etc.) is desirable.,
- desired Category A driver's license and/or boat skipper certificate (or at least a hobbyist knowledge of the motorcycling and/or boating segment),
- professionalism, honesty, and a strong spirit of collegiality,
- Self-initiative, organizational skills, and potential for future leadership roles.

As a member of the sales team at Moto-Nautika, you will co-create unforgettable experiences for customers in the world of Yamaha motorcycles, jet skis, boats, and nautical equipment every day.
Here is an expanded and customized list of your main tasks:
- Professional consulting and customer assistance in choosing motorcycles, outboard motors, jet skis, boats, and associated nautical equipment – tailoring the offer to their wishes, lifestyle, and budget
Creating personalized quotes, invoices, and contracts
Vehicle/vessel consignment or purchase, and completion of the entire process
Preparation of attractive ads for online portals (Avto.net, Bolha, Facebook Marketplace, our website, and other platforms) with excellent photos and descriptive texts
Maintaining records of potential and existing customers (CRM), preparing a plan for follow-up and after-sales support
Maintaining the orderliness and attractiveness of the showroom (vehicle/boat display, updating price tags, maintaining cleanliness and visual appeal)
Preparation and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and participation in the organization of trade fairs and events (demo days, water/road test drives)
Weekly Sales Analysis (Goal Achievement, Individual Model Performance Analysis, Reporting to Management)
