Work shapefull-time (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Your tasks will include:

Working at the checkout and supporting customers at the information desk with general inquiries.
Complaint and warranty claim processing
Receiving and booking items into stock, and inventory reconciliation
Tracking and entering input and output invoices
Receiving and checking off package deliveries and communicating with suppliers
Up-to-date monitoring of e-mail and responding to messages
Mail pickup and delivery
Preparation of letters and application for tenders
Basic HR support and administration
Ordering office, promotional, and consumable supplies
Preparation of materials for trade fairs and events
Care for the tidiness of the salon and basic maintenance of cleanliness
Assistance with administrative tasks as instructed by superiors
Vehicle/boat sales assistance
