Lightest Yamaha scooter
It's always good to travel light wherever you go. The RayZR model weighs just 99 kg and is Yamaha's lightest scooter, making it one of the quickest and most enjoyable ways to get around town. Its low weight also ensures faster acceleration, greater agility, and better fuel economy – plus, it makes pushing the scooter when parking easier.
125cc Blue Core engine
The RayZR scooter is powered by Yamaha's latest 125cc Blue Core engine, delivering responsive performance with low emissions and impressive fuel economy. For quicker acceleration from a standstill, the RayZR is equipped with a special assist power system that provides extra power when starting off.
Start & Stop System
The eco-friendly Start & Stop system automatically switches off the engine when you stop at a traffic light or intersection, thereby reducing fuel consumption by up to 4%. The innovative smart alternator-generator starts the engine exceptionally quietly and is also a key technology of the special electric boost system, enabling faster acceleration from a standstill.
LED lights and LCD displays
The dynamic front of the RayZR model features a centrally mounted LED headlight and a »Y«-shaped LED position light integrated into the sporty handlebar cowl. At the rear, a sleek LED brake light is mounted, and the LCD instruments highlight the specifications of this entry-level scooter.
Central braking system
For smooth and efficient braking power, the RayZR model is equipped with a 190mm front disc brake and a rear drum brake. When you apply only the rear brake, a portion of the front brake is activated. When both brakes are applied, Yamaha's unified braking system automatically balances the braking force between the front and rear, enabling controlled stopping.
Space under the seat
Under the seat is a spacious 21-liter storage compartment that can fit most full-face helmets; the flat floorboard allows for additional space for groceries or a sports bag.
Comfortable driving position
With the RayZR scooter, you'll not only get the lightest model in its class, but also one of the most comfortable. The combination of a wide dual seat with ample legroom and a natural handlebar position ensures a relaxed ride for you and your passenger.
