Amsterdam, Netherlands: Yamaha Motor Europe, a world-renowned leader in personal watercraft innovation, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated launch of its new 2024 Yamaha WaveRunner lineup.
Only two popular models of the company remained untouched, meaning the introduction of new products brings innovations to nine different WaveRunner models. In the lineup, you will find everything from a new engine to the latest technologies, alongside a comprehensive overhaul of colors and graphics that will update the WaveRunner models with the latest trends. Highlights include the introduction of the new HO engine, which increases the already powerful 1,812 cc engine to a bold 1,898 cc, and an even easier and more intuitive riding experience with new, improved ride-control modes.

The range of available colors suits various tastes, from the elegant shades of the new FX Cruiser SVHO in Dusty Navy to the limited edition, released for a second year, in Black Solid with fresh new dark orange details with a matte finish. Customers can also choose the striking FX SVHO model, the sporty FX Cruiser HO in Light Gray Metallic, or the FX HO and VX models in stunning Pure White Solid.
Improvements include an increased engine displacement for all HO models and a new 7-inch Connext® color touchscreen with enhanced drive control modes on all FX models. Optimizing the user experience and usability on the water is even easier, as the tilt steering adjustment provides an additional level of comfort whether riding seated or standing.
Sport
Our sport segment is synonymous with high performance and is designed for drivers inspired by racing who want to find the perfect line and experience the pinnacle of adrenaline while accelerating. The look and feel of performance are synonymous with this personal watercraft lineup due to new dynamic color schemes, including the vibrant GP SVHO in Deep Purplish Blue Metallic and the sleek GP HO in Black Solid with a Torch Red Metallic hull and Matte Bluish White details. Graphics, details, and race-inspired seats complete the experience. In addition, the HO model features the same power upgrade as the cruising lineup.
The legendary SuperJet model remains unchanged as an exciting foundation for the sports segment, combining power, agility, and thrilling performance for water sports enthusiasts.

The JetBlaster has been revamped with an all-new metallic look in Deep Purplish Blue Metallic with exquisite white detailing, and shares the same performance trend as the GP SVHO model. This model is the ultimate companion for serious fun, featuring foot wedges for near-instant mastery of tricks, moves, and stunts, improved electric trim for easier control, skillful handling with RiDE® technology, the TR-1® High Output engine, and excellent power-to-weight ratio performance.

New Marine HO generator
Power and performance are at the heart of the WaveRunner line, which boasts Yamaha's all-new Marine High Output (HO) engine. The HO engine delivers exhilarating power and class-leading top speeds, allowing riders to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush on the water. It can be found on the GP HO, FX Cruiser HO, FX HO, and VX Cruiser HO models.
Connext® touchscreen upgrade
All FX models now feature an all-new 7-inch Connext® touchscreen with a secure and improved riding control mode, including Economy mode, Tow mode, Performance, Comfort, and customizable Drive modes. This interactive hub offers seamless access to navigation, entertainment, and key vessel data, enhancing comfort and connectivity during every ride. In addition, the revamped user interface displays predefined intuitive Drive mode functions in a fresh color scheme and provides status data on the WaveRunner model, such as adaptive auto-trim or acceleration sensitivity.
Take control with the RiDE® dual throttle control system
Yamaha's award-winning RiDE® system continues to deliver thrilling riding experiences and comes standard across the entire lineup, except for the SuperJet model. This ensures intuitive and effortless watercraft control. With forward and reverse functions right at their fingertips, riders can easily maneuver and navigate in tight spaces for smooth docking and trailering.
New concept: Conquer the water
The new Yamaha WaveRunner models are completely aligned with our »Defy the Water« concept slogan, which encourages riders through its design to explore a different perspective of the water and go beyond ordinary experiences to experience something new. The slogan also aims to capture the pride of ownership of these models within the WaveRunner community.
