Powerful 560 cc engine
The powerful 560cc engine features a unique and compact design utilizing a 360-degree crankshaft with a horizontally opposed reciprocating piston balancer for exceptional sport performance, along with a highly efficient CVT drive system for extremely smooth operation. To enhance riding enjoyment, the carefully designed intake and exhaust system produces a deep and clean ‘tuned’ sound that is characteristic of the TMAX Tech MAX!
Dynamic sporty case design
The design of the TMAX Tech MAX brings it a step closer to the supersport motorcycle world with its aerodynamic bodywork. The slim dual LED headlights and front wings with large air intakes, alongside the boomerang side covers, are more TMAX Tech MAX-styled than ever before—while lightweight Spin Forged wheels and forged aluminum handlebars emphasize the premium specification of this sport scooter.
Projector headlights, integrated turn signals
Look at its front end and you will immediately know that this can only be the TMAX! Its slim dual headlights with integrated turn signals provide a more aggressive look, while the projector design with a mono-focus lens creates a powerful beam. To emphasize the dynamic look of the iconic maxi scooter, we have installed a T-shaped taillight with integrated turn signals.
Improved ergonomics for the driver and passenger
For an even sportier ride with a higher level of comfort for the rider and passenger, the TMAX Tech MAX is equipped with a longer seat and extended footboards, while the rider's backrest allows for 30 mm of forward/backward adjustment. The TMAX's slim waist makes it easier to reach the ground with your feet, and the forged aluminum handlebar design contributes to a slightly more forward-leaning riding position for better feedback.
Connected TFT display, navigation with full maps
Sophisticated, connected 7-inch full-color TFT display operated by a simple joystick offers three display modes. With the Yamaha MyRide app, you can access MyRide Link, which provides vehicle connectivity enabling smartphone access for music, weather, calls** and notifications. Full-map Garmin Navigation simplifies every journey – and text can be displayed when the TMAX Tech MAX is parked. Smart Key Management"
Using the TMAX is extremely convenient, as you can simply leave the smart key in your pocket – and using the 2-button main switch is simpler than ever before. This keyless technology allows you to easily and quickly start the engine, unlock the seat, and release the center stand – and you can even unlock the stylish fuel cap, which is aerodynamic and flush with the bodywork.
Lightweight aluminum chassis
TMAX's compact motorcycle-style die-cast aluminum twin-spar frame offers exceptional strength combined with low weight. The powerful 560cc engine is mounted directly into the frame, enabling excellent mass centralization – the suspension settings provide sportier and more precise handling. Extremely lightweight Spin Forged wheels to reduce unsprung weight are fitted with Bridgestone tires.
Advanced electronic monitoring technology
The TMAX is equipped with the state-of-the-art Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle (YCC-T) electronic throttle for the highest level of engine control—and for better feel and lower weight, a grip position sensor (APSG) is fitted, which you can adjust while riding. The traction control system prevents rear wheel slippage during acceleration on wet or unpaved surfaces—while the D-MODE allows you to choose between smooth, calm or sporty engine performance.
Large storage space
With easy keyless access, you can store a full-face helmet in the large under-seat storage compartment when parked—and while riding, it is an ideal waterproof space to safely transport a briefcase, laptop, or gym gear. For convenience, the storage compartment is equipped with automatic interior lighting.
